The indoor unit was strategically positioned within the ceiling space above the void, while the condenser was securely mounted on the front balcony wall, employing rubber feet for enhanced stability. All connections between the indoor and outdoor units were carefully concealed within ductwork as they exited from the ceiling space.

To ensure efficient water drainage, two drainage systems were installed from the indoor unit and safety tray directing to the external gutter. The installation included meticulous placement of ducting, branch takeoffs, zone motors, and air plenums throughout the ceiling space, facilitating seamless integration with the indoor unit. A return air grille was also installed in the upstairs hallway to optimise airflow across the system.

A dedicated electrical sub-circuit was established, extending from the switchboard to the outdoor unit, featuring an NHP isolation switch conveniently located next to the condenser. In the upstairs hallway, a MyZone Multipoint touchpad zone controller was installed, enabling intuitive temperature control that directly interfaces with the zone motors.

A dedicated electrical circuit was established from the switchboard to the outdoor condenser, which incorporated an NHP isolation switch for safety. An Aspen Silent+ Mini condensation pump was installed beneath the indoor unit and linked to the nearest stormwater downpipe, facilitating efficient drainage. Upon completion, the system underwent comprehensive commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
