The indoor unit was expertly positioned within the ceiling space above the void, while the condenser was securely fixed on the front balcony wall using rubber feet to ensure stability. All connections between the indoor and outdoor units were carefully concealed within ductwork as they exited from the ceiling space.

To ensure proper water drainage, two drainage systems were installed from the indoor unit and safety tray leading to the external gutter. The installation process included the strategic placement of ducting, branch takeoffs, zone motors, and air plenums throughout the ceiling space, guaranteeing seamless integration with the indoor unit. A return air grille was also installed in the upstairs hallway to enhance the system’s airflow efficiency.

A dedicated electrical sub-circuit was established, extending from the switchboard to the outdoor unit, featuring an NHP isolation switch conveniently located next to the condenser. A dedicated electrical circuit was established from the switchboard to the outdoor condenser, which included an NHP isolation switch for safety. An Aspen Silent+ Mini condensation pump was installed beneath the indoor unit and connected to the nearest stormwater downpipe, facilitating efficient drainage. After installation, the system underwent thorough commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
